What size toy should I buy?
Please use the GURU recommended sizes by weights listed on the packaging. However, no one knows their dog better than their owner so please use your best judgement if you feel your dog should have a bigger size toy.
Where are GURU products made?
GURU products are invented, designed, developed, and tested in Golden, Colorado. Our products are manufactured in China at reputable factories that GURU has worked with for over 20 years.
What are GURU products made of?
GURU Products are made of our custom blended materials that have been tested with dogs for over 10 years. Chew Perfect is our wood blended nylon and ChewPro is our custom thermo plastic rubber.
Chew Perfect!
Chew PerfectTM is GURU’s own non-toxic custom formulated wood & nylon chew material specifically designed for dogs’ safety and total satisfaction. Chew Perfect is made for the most extreme chewers to the gentlest, such as small dogs, seniors and puppies.
Chew Perfect is safe for dogs’ mouths and gums, and softens to the touch to provide a safe, strong and satisfying chewing experience. Safe for dogs and will provide owners peace of mind.

ChewProTM is GURU’S own ultra-durable, custom formulated, non-toxic TPR made
specifically for dogs and their tough and destructive chew sessions. ChewPro has been designed and tested over 10 years to have the very best tear, puncture and tensile strength available, with all the flexibility that dogs require for safe and long lasting play.
What is the texturing on your toys?
Clean&Polish® is our own exclusive custom surface texturing designed and engineered to provide dental benefits while enjoying long chew sessions. Clean&Polish includes dual function benefits. Aggressive texturing on one side to help clean and remove plaque, and soft texturing that polishes teeth as dogs chew.
Can I return a product?
We happily accept returns for dog toys that are new, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the toy, we understand that each situation is unique. We are committed to customer satisfaction and on a case-by-case basis, may provide a refund. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific situation. Please note that, in general, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund accordingly.
